A late 19c French miniature cartel clock in ormolu case decorated with swags, female mask and finials and surmounted by an urn with flambe finial. The 6cm diam. enamel dial has Roman numerals with outer five minute Arabic figures and fancy gilt hands. The single train French movement has a platform escapement and the clock is mounted on a red fabric backboard 35cm tall overall.
Complete and restored.
