An 18th century South Staffordshire enamel etui circa 1760 to 1770 of tapered form with gilt metal mounts painted reserves of flowers and fruit on blue ground with gilt decoration, the hinged cover revealing full set of requisites including scissors, pencil, tweezers, toothpick, snuff spoon etc.
