The paint surface shows fine craquelure throughout. There are two small dents to the canvas on the left hand side just above half way.
Examination under UV shows evidence of restoration, and the stretcher appears to be later than the canvas. The frame also appears to be later, and is structurally sound showing some wear to the gilt finish and the odd small chip to the moulding.
