A 19th Century pachisi game board together with a cased set of sixteen glass counters and three oblong rectangular dice. The glass dice are embedded with small red glass domes, each domed playing piece has been decorated with coloured glass leaves/petals.
The velvet game board is embroidered with sequins and metallic thread, each arm of the cross shaped board features four flowers with a large flower in the centre. The game board comes in an embroidered bag made from metal and silk threads.
Provenance- bought in the early 20thc in India and then by descent to the vendor.
