EARLY MOORCROFT POMEGRANATE & MOORCROFT VASE. A early jardiniere of globular form in the pomegranate design, with a green and blue mottled ground, signed to the base 'W Moorcroft' and impressed marks 'Moorcroft, Burslem (some damages, 17cms high, rim 18cms diameter, approx 23cms across). Also with a smaller Moorcroft vase of waisted form, painted in the Pansy design, painted and impressed marks (11cms high). (2). *Condition: Jardiniere, repaired small section to the rim, star cracks to the base, general crazing, couple of small hairlines running from the rim.
Vase, small hairline from the rim (2cms long), couple of small white marks near the base.
