A large continental 19th century Italian Rococo inspired gilt wood wall mirror. The mirror having an open back foliate scrolled fan atop flanked by scrolled acanthus leaves in relief embellishments. Central three dimensional hand painted winged putto head set within a shell palmette. The framed decorated with basso-rilievo acanthus leaves. The mirror framed enclosed by three carved palmettes to base and scrolled acanthus leaves fret work to sides. Measures approx. 166cm x 222cm x 11cm.
