probably by George Watts, Chester 1893, of wrythen reeded cylindrical form, the hinged cover opening to reveal a vinaigrette, with an engraved and foliate pierced grille, the second hinge opening to reveal the scent bottle. 8.2cm high
There is a crack in the glass. The hinges work well, and everything closes well. No personalised engraving.
