Bust of Edward Prince of Wales, after Copeland.
The bust depicting the Prince Dressed in Masonic regalia. Upon the death of his mother Queen Victoria, he became King Edward VII in 1901.
The back of the bust with impressed inscriptions “W T Copeland and Sons, published May 1876, Malempre Sculp (originally sculpted by L.A. Malempre)”.
The base with impressed inscription around the edge “Art Union of London 1864”.
Highly decorative.
