Three pairs of satin shoes, the first in pale pink with ankle straps fastening with buttons, made in Switzerland for Jack Jacobus Ltd, Shaftsbury Avenue, London, high heels, small size, marked 2, above a 4; together with a black satin pair with button-fastening ankle straps, 20’s heel, cream kid lining, no size noted, and a third pair in T bar style, side buckle fastening, pearl and diamanté detail to the top of the front strap, low heel, marked 3.5, probably modern shoes for ballroom dancing (3 pairs)
Odd buttons on the pink pair, and the silk is scuffed in places. The satin on the black pair is slightly scuffed, and worn though on the right toe.
