A RED LACQUER CABINET ON STAND
EALRY 20TH CENTURY
the two cupboard doors with chinoiserie decoration, opening to reveal an arrangement of drawers, raised on an ornate George II style carved giltwood base
88cm wide, 150cm high, 45cm deep

More Information

Of country house appearance. Top and sided are faded and with old marks and scratches. Some lit rubbing to gilt decoration. Giltwood stand with some losses. Overall, the appearance is good and the old wear/damages are sympathetic to the asethetics of the piece. We would date this piece to the 1920's
