Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - surface chip to the outer edge at the three position, light surface marks.
Glass - light surface marks.
Hands - surface corrosion to the hour hand.
Case - inner case with some heavy tarnishing, outer case with some mild bruise marks, some wear to the button, mild tarnishing to the case back.
