A Victorian figured mahogany breakfront wardrobe, c1870, the top with fret pierced panel centred on a vacant shield shaped cartouche within scrolling sides, the projecting cornice above a figured frieze, the arched panelled centre door flanked by scrolling foliate corbels, flanked by a pair of rounded rectangular arched doors, the interior fitted slides and drawers to the centre, left side with provision for hanging and drawer to base, right side conforming, skirted base, 220cm w max x 240cm h max
Some chips to applied mouldings to doors, other minor cracks to veneer, abrasions and scratches, minor faults to veneer around hinges, veneer loss on right side bottom with some chipping to veneer at top beneath cornice, abrasion to left side return, other scratches, wear and faults around hinges, wear around skirted base generally consistent with age, other minor veneer chips to edge of cornice
