Please see attached pictures. The cabinet does still have all of its locks, it would appear that the pane of glass on the right of the item as you are looking at it, has been replaced at some point in the past, there are odd bits of molding and veneer missing in places, as you would expect with a cabinet of this period, however overall it is in very good order
