A South African Railways cabside numberplate, 1507, from a 3ft 6ins gauge Class 12 4-8-2 built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 20178, in 1913, a class of goods engines, all withdrawn by 1984. Cast brass, 20½"x14½", in ex loco condition, some scoring to the characters and rim, a bit of white polystyrene on the back, attached to stop the plate marking a wall. (Postage Band: N/A)
