khaki tan, rubberised cotton cape.  The front fastened by 4 composite buttons.  Large, fold down collar.  Internal issue stamps.  Clean condition.  Together with a rectangular groundsheet in similar material.  Side with peg holes.  Issue label dated 1942.  2 items.
