A George IV ‘sealed’ wine bottle, DBD 1827, moulded script around shoulder, Imperial Patent, 29cm. Condition - commensurate with age

Two shallow flakes at neckrim, visibly only under a glass; curved light scratch just above the seal, carefully examined under strong lighting and not a crack; glass with series of air bubbles; footrim good; edge of circular seal with an imperfection believed to be a manufacturing defect. This is an H Rickett of Bristol bottle, relief moulded mark to underside of footrim.
