A pair of Chinese scroll paintings on paper, late 19th/early 20th century, each depicting farming scenes and prayers at a Buddhist temple, with inscriptions for each scene, images 111.5cm x 29.5cm

Both paintings with some creasing, losses and repairs to the paper in small areas, some spotting to the paper, one of the scrolls has nearly become detached from the pole.
