A worksplate BRUSH BAGNALL TRACTION No 3074 1955, from a standard gauge 0-6-0 diesel electric built by W. G. Bagnall at Stafford with Brush electrical equipment. One of two delivered in November 1955 to the NCB at Cwm Colliery, Llantwit Fardre, Glamorgan, becoming number 2. Spent its whole life at Cwm until scrapped on site about August 1987 by Taff Metal & Chemical Industries Ltd. Cast aluminium, 9¾"x5¾", in ex loco condition. (Postage Band: B)
