A Louis XVI parquetry serpentine commode,
with variegated grey marble top, two short and two long drawers, flanked by brass inset fluted corners, on bracket feet,

The old marble top has a diagonal crack running front to back which has been repaired some years ago, body of the piece of a good dark reddish brown colour and fair state of polish, some of the veneering is just starting to lift most noticeable to the top of both sides, locks look original but no key present, ormolu mounts a little matted but all look original.
