A late 17th century 16 bore flintlock holster pistol by Andrew Dolep, converted to percussion, 19" overall, 3 stage barrel 12", the banana shaped lock signed DOLEP, burr maple stock with steel mounts including bulbous butt cap, escutcheon, trigger guard with acanthus finial, and scrolled foliate side plate. GWO & basically GC, no fore end, the lock and mounts lightly worn and rusted, the barrel reconverted and partly refinished. £150-175
