From the personal archive of Vivian Stanshall, founding member of the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, 'Tommy', an original poster and programme from the theatre production, written by Pete Townshend and The Who, December 1973, which featured Vivian as a 'guest soloist', along with David Essex, Roy Wood, Elkie Brooks, Richie Havens, Bill Oddie, Jon Pertwee and others, together with an oversized phallic stage prop, as used by Vivian in the performance. This lot, along with all others in the sale, has been consigned for sale by Vivian's son, Rupert.
