M. E. Journeaux (Jersey, early 20th century), Three choirboys in a Jersey Church. * pastel, signed and dated 1907 lower left, gilt oak leaf and acorn frame. * 10 x 14¾in. (25.5 x 37.5cm.). * * M. E. Journeaux is listed as a portraitist, working in 1901, in the Dictionary of Painters of the Channel Islands, Philip Stevens, 2002. * Good condition. One tiny insect hole to very edge of board, which is behind the slip when framed. No other faults. Minor losses to frame.
