Submariner's 1914-15 Star and Victory Medal to K.19376 R.J.R. MacGregor Sto 1 R.N. extremely fine. Robert james Russell MacGregor died in service on 20th January 1921 when H.M. Submarine K5 sank off the Scilly Isles with the loss of all hands. It is thought she went below the safe diving limit and was crushed by the pressure. With copied service papers and CWGC, he was born 7/9/85, enlisted 1/8/04, , discharged to RFR 4/8/09, re-entered RN 4/6/13, served on various Submarine Flotilla ships and Submarine L19 and K5 listed.
