A rare Meccano Constructor car by Meccano of France (CONSTRUCTEUR D AUTOMOBILES). Set No.1. Contains the smaller size car with convertible or roof version, also has 2 different bodies. This is finished in dark red and blue with a gold Meccano Paris decal applied. Everything is complete and strung in to the inner card, possibly original string. Condition is very good with very minor wear, possibly never been assembled. Outer green card box is in very good condition with a bright clean paper label applied to the lid, and guarantee slip still attached inside the lid. VGC. £300-500.
