Includes uncommon 1896 Belgian State Railways and Mails pull-out brochure of 18 sides, other brochures/handbook of 1914, 1937, 1938, 1947, 1949, 1957, 1962 and later, plus maps, guides, leaflets, along with tourist ware, postal history and four packs of Ostend/Zeebrugge postcards, including 1914/18 war souvenir and pack relating to attack on Zeebrugge in 1918, in addition centenary of Ostend-Dover 1846 to 1946 official history and early 1900's souvenir postcard containing twelve small photos of Ostend (1 box)
From the collection of Tom Pring, a highly respected member of the Belgian Study Circle and the author of two works on Belgian issues, ‘Fine Barbe Varieties’ (2009) and ‘1893 Armoires du Royaume’ (2015). Pring was half-way through a work on the Ostend-Dover Route, which he was sadly unable to complete.
