An early 20th century mathematical drawing set, the rosewood veneered box containing multiple instruments including spring bow compasses, an ivory handled draughtsman's drawing pen and an ivory parallel rule, Manchester and London, the navy blue watered silk lining to the lid marked in gilt J. Halden & Co Ltd London, Manchester, the parallel rule stamped likewise, brass cartouche and key plate, circa 1920, box 20.5 by 16 by 5.5cm.
