Henry VIII or Edward VI (debased) silver Groat, Bristol mint, mm. - / WS monogram - that of William Sharrington who was dismissed when £2000 disappeared from the Treasury. Obverse appears to have a rose at end of legend. This series has never been confirmed to either Henry VIII or Edward VI and seems to cross-over. S.2372 or 2406. 1.91g. GF for type, light crease.
