A fine Chinese mother of pearl brisé fan, Qing dynasty, the stick tips rounded, the two guards and 21 inner sticks incised on both sides with scenes of daily life and featuring boats, buildings, families, with dragons on each guard and individual figures at each tip, read stone to the rivet. Guard length approx. 19cm
One guard appears to have some repair to the inside but is barely evident from the exterior. Ribbon sound.
