PLEASE TAKE SPECIAL NOTICE OF THIS SECTION: Inhouse Postage & Packing: Small Items up to 2kg that can fit into a small to medium sized Jiffy bag are £14 (We will not include glass or fragile items) Other items, subject to size, weight and destination: Starting from £18 minimum. (Multiple charges apply if more than one box is required, this will be down to our discretion as we will not overfill boxes). Courier charge for larger items and furniture: £85 + vat minimum By using our inhouse shipping service you are accepting that Angel Auctions Ltd and/or its management or staff do not and are not responsible for any loss or damage of your item/s once despatched. NO REFUNDS will be issued if items do not arrive or arrive broken or damaged as this is down to the postal or courier service. WE SEND ALL ITEMS UNINSURED. Due to the sheer volume of postal requests and lack of staff it may take up to 14 working days for shipping to take place, so we ask that all buyers be patient please. All items are sold strictly as seen. You will have ample time to request a condition report prior to the auction day or arrange a viewing. Angel Auctions Ltd nor its staff or management make any guarantees or warrantees as to the overall condition of any item. PLEASE NOTE: Any Items not paid for, including shipping or collected within the above terms will be charged for storage @ £6.00 Per Item/Lot Per Day plus Late Payment, (if this is applicable), @ £6 Per Invoice Per Day. NO EXCEPTIONS. No items will be released until full payment has been received, including any late payment fees, if applied. Please be aware that by placing a bid(s) you are entering into a legal contract/agreement to pay for your item/s. Any non paying bidders, who have not paid within the above terms, will have their account placed on a Block with Easy Live Auction and their account will be passed over to our recovery agents who may add further charges and take legal action to recover payment. Please only bid if you intend to make payment. Registration for our auction and any bids by a buyer is seen as acceptance of all of the above statement of terms and conditions.
A 3% + VAT Charge will be added to your invoice which is the payment charged direct by Easy Live Auction for accessing there auction platform. This will appear on your invoice from Angel Auctions Ltd.
