A large barge-ware teapot, with brown treacle glaze with applied flowerhead and bird decoration, the domed lid with teapot finial, 39cm high, 34cm wide.
The teapot finial's teapot has damage to the spout and finial where they have been broken off and poorly re-attached. There are also a couple of small chips to the lid. On the rim of the teapot there are also a couple of other defects (see images).
