A SECOND WORLD WAR DEFENCE MEDAL AND LAPEL BADGE TO THE HOME GUARD. A Second World War Defence Medal, unnamed as issued and enamel 'H.G.' lapel badge. With a certificate thanking T.R. Withnall for his service in the Home Guard from November 1943 - 31 December 1944. A photographic postcard, purportedly of the recipient wearing ribbons for a First World War pair, and probably his son from Vickery Brothers of Paignton. And a humorous note regarding the Home Guard. *CR Paperwork with folds, lapel badge with chips to enamel.
