English Boxlock Percussion cap Pistol with octagonal turn-off barrel, struck at the breech with Birmingham proof marks, brass foliate engraved box-lock action with chequered swelling butt, steel trigger guard. Bore approx. 10mm. Barrel length 75mm. Overall length 180mm. NOTE: Section 58 (2) No licence required in the UK.
Unrestored condition. Barrel is rust pitted. Action sometimes fails to hold on sear.
