A GEORGE V SILVER NOVELTY TABLE BELL

by Grey & Co, Chester 1929, realistically modelled as a tortoise, with a silver shell and cast-iron body, the head and tail depress to operate the clockwork bell, engraved to the underside JULY 18TH. 1933-58. 15cm long



The marks are clear, winds and functions correctly, wear to the plated cast-iron body of the tortoise.
