Impressed to front BETSOHDORF/ BAB-RHIN, to rear FOUSSES & maybe SYRUX (?) - not too legible. Pipe set upon a plinth with two horizontal curved sections each side - hinting at a desktop inkwell pen rests - Guy Burch agrees. Exc/ A1. Superb!
