Interesting French tortoiseshell and ormolu mounted Pendule d'Officier two train mantel clock, circa 1900, the S. Marti movement striking on a bell, the 4" white enamel dial signed Cormasson, Paris 1784, the case with gilded metal mounts and surmounted by a ring handle, 9" high (at fault)
There is damage to the enamel dial at 9 o'clock and the movement is not currently working, see images for guidance, personal viewing advised
