After Claude Michael Clodion (French 1738-1814) - a late 19th / early 20th century patinated bronze figure of a satyr or faun drinking from a wine skin, the figure clad in floral garlands beside a rustic tree stump, fruiting vine and grapes at his cloven feet, the bronze with green-brown patination and signed 'Clodion' to the base, 39.5 cm high, on a later stained wooden socle, 42.25 cm high overall.
* Condition: In good condition, with some wear to the patination to the raised detail to the figure and stump. No other faults.
