maker W M, London, c.1667, of straight-sided slightly tapering form, the flat cover with a scroll-form thumbpiece, large S-scroll handle, engraved with an armorial. 18cm high, 29.5 troy ounces
It lacks a date letter, and the handle has two dents. The hinge is okay, and the lid closes well. There are four marks on both the lid and the body.
