1913 3c - 12c and 50c - 5r Overprinted "SPECIMEN", the 75c with upright watermark, all sent by the U.P.U to Gabon with a circular handstamp applied by the Gabon postal authorities, no gum, otherwise fine and unique. Also 1c, 3c and 6c with "SPECIMEN" overprints, additionally handstamped with red "COLONIAS", applied in Lisbon prior to distribution to one of the Portuguese Colonies, no gum, 6c fault at left. (16).
