1922-34 'CARAVEL' 'SPECIMEN' SET INC. SCARCE MULTIPLES: Set of 12 to 1/- ovpt. or perf. (1½d), 'SPECIMEN', O.G. a few singles, otherwise in pairs (x7) or strips of three (2½d ultramarine, 3d purple & yellow, and 1/-) 1½d with small gum thin & gum toning and red colours of 1d & 4d slightly oxidised otherwise mostly very fine. A desirable set, the multiples are rare, with strips of three being the largest possible. SG 76bs/87s single set £650. (25)
