George III longcase clock with a silvered circular dial, gilt spandrels and "Tempus Fugit" in the arch above, enclosing an 8 day striking movement, in a blue and gilt chinoiserie painted case with reeded quarter pilasters and swan neck pediment, on a plinth base, H.219.5cm
Pendulum and 2 weights present. No name or device on dial or backplate. Split in centre of front plinth. Later painting and decoration, split in left swan neck, few defects throughout.
