A beautiful Chinese lantern with a deep red lacquer on a tiered base. The panels are hand decorated with mother of pearl figures and gilt landscapes, while the base features mother of pearl peacocks. the light works and looks fantastic. (one small pagoda tail is missing) turn it to the back and you wouldn't see it.
