A THAI BRONZE FIGURE OF BUDDHA SHAKYAMUNI, 18/19TH CENTURY. Well cast, dressed in robe seated on a shaped lotus base. The facial expression serene with downcast eyes in a meditative state, with tightly curled hair. 31cm tall.
Good overall condition with no major signs of damage. Surface wear to bronze in places. Two pierced holes to the rear of the base, probably once mounted.
