The painting is presented behind glass. There is sparse crackeleure particularly in the background of the two gentlemen left. The signature is clear, bottom right. There are further horizontal cracks at the foot of the table. The painting is currently a sealed unit. The frame and the backboard is probably dating from the 1960s. The label is preserved verso. Overall the painting is in a good state but the crackeleure may need a little attention from a professional picture restorer.
