A RARE LAMINATED MAHOGANY BRASS TIPPED FOUR BLADE PROPELLER FROM A 1915 WW1 FE8 AIRCRAFT - these aircraft where a single seater fighter used in the First World War and rear mounted giving the pilot a clear field when using the machine gun. The Royal Aircraft factory only made 220 FE8's. The propeller stamped 'DARRACQ MOTOR ENGINEERING CO. LONDON' and numbered 'T28005' Beardmore. (268cm across)
