An impressive Victorian mahogany 'Penny in the Slot' Polyphon on associated stand, the arched glazed door with gilt painted decoration, flanked by turned pillars enclosing the movement playing on two combs, coin balance operated with slot to right hand side, with a slot for the winding crank mechanism, together with eleven discs and a quantity of Victorian and later Penny pieces, the whole 198 cm high x 62 cm wide.

In working order, after a little prompting with the movement on occasion. Winding crank present. Combs appear intact. Surface wear and marks throughout.
