A JAPANESE IMARI COVERED FOOTED BOWL AND FOUR PLATES, 18TH-19TH CENTURY. The bowl painted with lion dogs amongst waves, raised on three feet, 13cm wide, the plates painted with flowering shrubs before terracing, 22.5cm diam.
One plate with section cracked and restuck to rim, rim chipping. All of the remaining plates have rim chips and are cracked.
The covered bowl with small chip to one foot.
