With a 30.5cm tapering barrel, flintlock action with side plate marked 'Tower' and GR beneath a Crown. With heavy brass trigger guard, marked with a rack number 'XXXI-X' behind the trigger, with brass butt plate. Double arrow mark to the barrel for disposal from service and various other proof marks. 49cm overall length.
