Permian of Madagascar, Triassic period circa 260million years ago.
Extinct genus of procolophonoid para reptile from the Permian. Preserved with fantastic bone detail and dark patches of skin.
Gastroliths present in stomach, stones consumed by the Barasaurus during its life to aid diving to greater depth.
