Japanese Kan'ei era Wakizashi Sword circa 1624-1644. The sword is complete with a NTHK Shinsa 2003 Certification done at the Euro-Group Token Kai and was classed as "Kanteisho - 75 points - Important". Single edged blade 620mm in length with very good Suguha (Straight) hamon line. Two holes to tang. Unsigned. Iron Tsuba, unsigned. Samegawa Shagreen Ray Skin grip with brown Tsuka-ito cloth binding with Menuki to both sides. Overall length 845mm. Brown lacquer finish to the Saya scabbard.
