A BESPOKE LATE 19TH CENTURY VICTORIAN SILK AND LACE WEDDING DRESS WITH ACCESSORIES, made for the marriage of Harry and Gertrude on 16th June 1897 in Bootle, Liverpool, an ivory coloured silk dress has covered button detail along the back of the bodice, long ribbon edged, layered gauze sleeves, a ruched silk and layered embroidered gauze full skirt, a silk tightly fitted bodice, cotton lined, with a secret pocket hidden amongst the folds of the skirt, possibly would fit UK size 6/8, together with an embroidered veil and shawl, handmade kid leather boots with silk ribbon detail and silk slippers, together with a collection of handmade lace collars and cuffs (1 box + dress) (Condition Report: one small stain on front of dress, diameter 3cm, hardly visible through embroidered gauze and ruching, some light marks to the hemline, one button missing, one button is missing cover)
